Delete your account and data

You can delete your Insan Foundation for Charity & Development app and website account at any time.

In the app (version 1.8 and later)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to My Account → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password (or Google), then tap “Delete my account permanently”.

On the website (available now for all accounts, including app accounts)

1. Use the button below and sign in.
2. The deletion dialog opens automatically — confirm with your password or Google.

What is deleted

• Your personal data: name, phone number, email, national ID, address, photo.
• Sign-in tokens and devices registered for notifications.
• Recurring donations are cancelled, and your personal data is removed from aid requests.

What is kept, and why

Financial donation records (amount, date, reference number, recipient) are kept without your name or phone number, because the Foundation is required to retain them for accounting and financial audit.
